LED doesn't switch off

So I have this Z-Wave.me wall dimmer/switch (this one: Zwave.Me | Slimme inbouwschakelaar Duwi Everlux | We ❤️ Smart! | ROBBshop) for about two years now, doing a great job in switching the loads for me. And recently I thought “let’s replace that old bulb by a dimmable LED”. So I went to the shop and bought me a dimmable Philips Led (this one: http://www.philips.nl/c-p/8718696481240/led-lamp).

But now, here comes the funny part, when I switch the load off, the led stays on. It is nearly off, it dimms to the lowest point I guess, but still it’s on.

When I installed the dimmer/switch I did a two wire install. Does this have anything to do with it?

Downstairs I have installed the same bulb with a different switch (this one to be exact: https://www.robbshop.nl/inbouwschakelaar-2x1-5-kw-zwave-plus-met-stroommeting but without the Zwave Plus) in combination with this Zwave.me wall controller (https://www.robbshop.nl/zwaveme-wandzender-zme-wallc-s) and in this situation it all works well. The led switches completely off, not nearly off.

Any thoughts on this?

I’ve read the answer in a different topic. Here it is for who wants to know.
If you look on the Vesternet Web site, they have information on devices for two wire systems.
These devices use some current through the lamp constantly, to power the device. This does however limit the types of lamps you can use. LED’S for example will light up on minimal current and never fully turn off. Standard tungsten type lamps are fine.
Yes there are only a few dimmers that support two-wire installation for dimming, for example the Fibaro Dimmer (2).

When connecting certain LED lamps (without the correct load or bypass) they tend to not switch off fully, therefore staying on.

Installing this dimmer in a 3-wire situation will solve the problem, or connecting a two-wire dimmer that supports LED.
