I’m not sure this is the right place to highlight this, but it’s either the Push Notification plugin or the new Variable Container plugin being updated is receding the current issues I’m having - and they seem to reoccur whenever a backup is restored which prompts an automatic update of either/both plugins.
Am running UI5 and 1.5.622.
Noticed this morning that my Vera wasn’t working as expected. After getting home from work today, I started poking around and realized that the Luup engine was in a permaloop. A bit of tinkering and I was back to factory defaults & restored a known good backup. Things initially - for about 60 seconds or so - looked good, then it started restarting.
Looking at the LuaUPnP.log file, I noticed that it was complaining about missing files. Specifically Ios and V_Container files. Restoring the backup again caused the same behavior.
A little bit more tinkering and I realized the Push Notification & Variable Container plugins have both been updated in the past couple of days (11th & 12th my time).
Anybody know of a way to remove the “automatic update” flag for those plugins when the Luup engine is perma-crashing?
