I made the stupid mistake of setting up auto app updates on my phone. The GetVera app for UI7 worked just fine on my phone until this morning when it updated to the latest version. The app crashes after making a connection. Does anyone know how I can downgrade to an earlier version of the app? For now I bought Imperihome after trying the demo out (pretty slick) but I’d prefer to get the GetVera working properly too. Any help would be appreciated.
Are you sure it’s the vera app and not something else that’s changed. Mine is set for auto update and still works fine.

Thanks for responding - I have a Sony Z3c phone. Only a few apps were updated this morning while I was at work. I armed (set the mode) of my Vera this morning before I left for work. Vera app launches and I can scroll up/down as the spinner at the top says “Establishing Connection” then it dies once it connects (I can see cached info about my setup listing my favorite devices, etc).
I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting, etc. to no luck. I decided to uninstall anything that was updated this morning per your response to see what else had changed. App still crashes.
On a side note, when the Vera online portal went down a few weeks ago, I couldn’t access my Vera locally (it’d spin on and on) - on the forums I saw that a few other folks had issues logging in locally so I was glad I wasn’t alone in having that issue. I logged a support ticket and had someone tell me that I should be able to access it locally. By then service was restored anyway. Not sure if it’s related - my Vera is pretty standard, only a couple of plugins.
Perhaps if you try a different phone for install. If this works then it must be a clash between your phone firmware and the app
Perhaps someone else on the forum with the same phone can confirm or deny.
I have not seen anyone else on the forum with a similar problem.
Just for info, when the servers went down, I had no problems logging in locally so it suggests a more local problem for you.
On my Sony Xperia Z2 the previous version of Vera Mobile 7.148 was not crashing but geofencing never worked
The new version of Vera mobile has been installed yesterday on a Samsung smartphone and geofencing is working.
So there is a possible compatibility problem with the Sony firmware
Does geofensing work with more then 1 phone?
The update corrected an issue of lutron dimmers not showing as on or off in the mobile app.
Are we talking production app update or beta app update? The latter’s recent update is not causing any issues and it looks like geofencing behaviour is improving. At this time, even with the beta, geofencing is still only supporting 1 phone.
