Kwikset Pins not working

I have Kwikset 910’s and after going to the EDGE on ui7 I added the locks those were working. The PINs I have added via the keypad on the lock work fine.

BUT in VERA when I add a Pin it shows up and looks like everything is working but the lock doesn’t open.

Any solutions?

Well I been playing more. I have found that I can not add a pin from VERA but I can add atleast 5 (I’m sure more) from the door.

If I add from vera it shows up but doesn’t work on the door.

If I add from the door it works but I cant set a name or see the Code. (Can’t edit it)

I have tried on both doors to exclude, then pull battery hold lock button, put battery in keep holding until beeps 3 times after the bolt test. I then remove the battery press the z-wave button 3 times (actually pressed it more too) and hold then put battery back in while Vera no in include mode. I have tried adding it as lock with kwickset and as a generic device.

Everything seems to work as far as battery life open and close just adding pins is the problem.
