Kwikset and VeraPlus UI7 - dropping manual codes?

So I can program 2 codes into the lock itself and numerous into the VeraPLus. When I program PIN codes into the VeraPlus…the lock drops the two “hard keyed” PIN codes in the lock??? THis never happened with UI5…and I am confused as to how this happens now?

Any ideas? Help?

I have a similar question regarding a Schlage lock. I have found that adding codes directly works fine. Sometimes when I add codes through the Vera Edge, some of them disappear when I get to 10 or more codes. I then have to start all over. Also, why are some of the codes visible in the Vera browser, but others are not?
