Kwikset 912 - Cannot control with VeraLite

I have just installed a Kwikset 912 SmartCode lockset and have been unable to get it to program with my VeraLite (1.6.641). The lock work fine without using Z-Wave. I have excluded the lock and then included per the VeraLite instructions and the lock shows up on my dashboard. When I attempt to lock or unlock via the Vera the Z-Wave LED on the lock flashes but the lock does not actuate. The lock was purchased last week from ASI Home. The VeraLite is located within 5ft of the Kwikset lock and the VeraLite works with my VistaCam HD.

Suggestions?

This is an old thread, not sure if you are still having this issue.

I ran into a similar issue and the only way I was able to fix it was to delete it from vera, and do a factory reset of the Kwikset, then the next time I connected to the vera, it worked correcly
