I try everything >:( >:( >:( >:( cant program it ,I removed the bat press programming button 3 time,put my vera lite on learn mode its seems like it takes it when I go back to the software comes up like unable to get info on node,i tried everything anyone plsssss help
How did you include the lock? For best results it is strongly recommended that you take the Vera to the lock to include it.

What Garrettwp said but I must admit, I had an issue just the other day when I installed my second Kwikset lock. I carried Vera over to the lock, reset it (removed batteries, hit program button 3x on the lock, re-inserted batteries), put Vera into include and could see the pairing occur. Went back to my desk, gave Vera power and network, waited then checked the device on my laptop. It showed the lock device was available but had an odd message (authentication/encryption issue or something, can’t remember the exact term) just below the device.
I was puzzled as I didn’t have this issue before - in fact, the only issue I ever have is sometimes I don’t properly pair the devices and I have to run the process (include) twice. So I searched the forums and finally decided to just delete the kwikset device. As soon as I did this the device re-appeared (like self discovery) and configured properly. Since then I haven’t had an issue. The only difference between my front lock and back lock are the following:
