Kwikset 891 only lock to choose, not Kwikset 910

Hello,

For many firmwares, you had the Kwikset 910 door lock model available. Now I can only choose Kwikset 891.

This is a problem as variables are missing and other features such as classes.

Me too I got the 910.
Hope that a good profile for this device will come up soon.

(I did not receive notifications for “BAD PIN”, which is a major part why I bought the device).

BUT, the new 910 I order on Vera (special not so long ago), the manual documentation (and also inside the lock) with the lock stated “Home Connect” and also on the box. So, it’s probably a 891. So it’s “good” for my lock.

Good luck, I’m disappointed with the lock’s range. I will have to move the vp again, that is what support said but they still didn’t directly comment on missing variables the 910 had over the 891 like wakeup interval.
