KPL with 8 button conversation kit

Has anyone gotten their kpl with 8 button conversation kit working with altsteon? I can not get the bottom two buttons (g and h) or the top right button (b) to acknowledge in altsteon. I’ve contacted fba regarding this issue. Wanted to know if others have success or not.

Yes, this works for me. I’ve got 7 of these keypads (four brand new, three 3 years old) and they all work. I did need to specifically link each button on the KPL back to the PLM.

I’m stupid, I did not think to link the new buttons! Thanks for the reply.

Just an update. I linked the new buttons b, g, and h and all is working. I forgot you had to link each button (been a few months when I first added the kpl switches). Now I need to install the additional kpl switches I just picked up.
