Jasco GE 45602 lamp module not turning off

Does anyone else have a problem with their Jasco dimmer plug Ver 3.0d where when you send the off command, it dims a bit, then turns on to full brightness? I’m using a vera light as the controller.

A dimmer switch plug that doesn’t turn off is pretty much useless.

I received 4 Ver 3.0d date code 1243 from amazon and 1 from Walmart.com same version/date code and they all exhibit this issue. The other 3 in my shipment from amazon were Ver 3.0c and do not have the issue. No issues with my original Ver 3.0a modules either.

Need to find a way of not receiving any with 3.0d on my next order. Maybe order the evolve ones.

Just making sure you are using them with incandescent lighting, not LEDs?

Is the 45602 different from the ZW3101? I have three ZW’s controlling lamps with LED bulbs in them, and they work fine… But the behavior does sound a lot like a device that’s incapable of controlling an LED bulb.

Issue occurs with A no name brand 60W incandescent as well as 72 Watt GE Reveal Halogen.

Both of my new modules exhibited this behavior. I was pretty upset about it. I power-cycled the devices and they’re working well now.
We’ll see what happens.
