Jasco 45609 wiring issue

I tried today to replace my X10 Dimmer with a Jasco 45609 but noticed it has 4 inputs. My X10 dimmer was connected with only 3 wires (ground, white and black). Tried to connect the Zwave switch the same way using Load Charge for white cable and Neutral for Black cable but nothing…

The connections are:
White goes to neutral (most zwave switches require neutral, not required on regular switches)
Black goes to line
Green goes to ground
Blue (or whatever remaining color) goes to load

The blue light goes on but it doesn’t open the actual room light

OK figured it out, it only works when the cables are separated into white (neutral)/black (line)/cable that goes to lights (load). It won’t work with a light connected to a power outlet…anyhow I am planing on making my lights all in the ceiling so no big deal.

For a light that is connected to an outlet, you would need to use a Jasco/GE 45603 plug-in switch (Similar to an X10 box) or Jasco/GE 45602 plug-in dimmer depending on what your are trying to achieve.
