I’m a new VeraLite owner. I’m a little frustrated at this point because every device I’ve tried out has some issue with it. Take my TZ45 t-stat as an example. Once I finally figured out how to get it to show Fahrenheit instead of Celsius, I continue to have issues with the set points. I’ve attached two screenshots.
On the web GUI, you’ll notice that you should be able to set the heating and cooling set points separately. Unfortunately, changing one automatically changes the other. On the device itself, it’s actually set to 73H and 78C at the moment.
On the iPhone GUI, the set points are both showing 0. The odd thing is that if you change it via the iPhone, the device does respond, but the app still shows 0.
Does anybody have any ideas to remedy either situation?
Also, how long does it usually take the company to respond to support requests using the “Remote Tech Support” option?
