up until recently, my Fibaro keyfob remote control worked almost flawlessly and only seldom did it had connection issues.
today (and I suspect one of the recent vera FW updates) most of my key presses fail.
I get a yellow blinking light followed by a red light in the end.
after pressing few times, I see the promised green light and the scene is activated.
Happens even in my kitchen where it’s ~2 meters from vera controller.
According to vera, keyfob has 17% battery left.
I have had problems too.
Scenes has stopped working and I cannot make them work by deleting and recreate.
It happend a few firmwares ago.
Have put in a ticket but did not get a specifik answer.

My guess is it’s the security inclusion. There’s been many reports about issues with other Fibaro devices that use security.
I had issues pairing mine a couple firmwares ago but after it successfully paired (just kept trying), and now I?m on the latest firmware, the device is still working properly - though I handle the button pushes via PLEG rather than via scenes.
