Is this a Z-Wave Device?

Ok, so first of all I am a complete noob and I just started with Z-Wave. Currently I only have one Z wave device (door lock) and I was looking to buy some z wave light switches.

I googled around and searched for “Cheapest Z wave light switch” and found this in the shopping page.

No where in there does it say Z-wave and I called the website to confirm and they told me that they have no clue since it does not specifically say.
I called up the manufacturer and I believe they told me that the device DOES support z-wave but I searched up some amazon reviews and people are saying that it does not support z-wave and I would have to get the Vizia RF + version of the switch.

I was so sure that the switch didn’t support z-wave until I got to this site which says it does support z-wave.

I am so confused weather or not this switch supports z-wave. If anyone can look into this for me I would owe you big time.
Switch: VP0SR-10Z

This switch by itself does not support Z-wave. This is what is called a “Coordinating” switch which is used in 3-way applications (you may also see these referred to as “matching”). These are great because when you are doing a 3-way (or greater) circuit, you only have to have 1 z-wave switch and then the other switches can be a coordinating switch such as this. The actual z-wave switch is what controls the load and communicates with Vera. The coordinating switches are wired to the z-wave switch to complete the 3-way operation.

If you look at the “installation instructions” pdf on the page 1000bulbs page that you linked to you see instructions on how this will connect. You still need the actual z-wave switch which in this case can be: VRS15-1LZ or DZS15-1LZ.
