I finally gave up on trying to “mesh” anything… I physically moved Vera hidden inside a cupboard roughly centered between all my locks. It can now reach them all directly (and probably the entire rest of my network, but ‘light hopping’ has always seemed to work). So far so good… everything working and responding.
