Is there a "learning remote" for remote automobile locks

I would like to use a bedtime scene to ensure the car doors are locked with a quick blast

I guess I can solder something too a Z-Wave dry contact sensor to one of the two key fobs, but was hoping to find a learning transmitter that supports IP or Serial control.

No, and some devices that can do this may actually be illegal.

You’ll need a key fob for each car, some dry contact relays and a little soldering.

2 Cars lock only. Additional relays are required for unlock, boot and remote start, but I wouldn;t implement these via home automation.
USB Relay(2) Board. There are also ethernet and Arduino variants of this.

Key FOB(2) Depending on what’s needed for your car.
