Is Tech Support on Vacation?

How long do tech support take to respond to an issue? One of my Veras has been in an endless reboot loop for three days now. I reported it as soon as it happened and there’s been no response at all, including to a follow-up e-mail yesterday.

Definitely call them. I did two days ago and got help within 2 minutes.

Thanks for the advice guys, but I’m in the UK. Not sure how long a trans-Atlantic call would have to be! ???

I’ve did a search using the email address used on the forum and could only find some old cases you had in the past.

If you’ve sent one from a different email address can you please let me know in a private message ? Anything that could help identify the trouble ticket would also be great.

Thanks John - I’ve already corresponded with Marc and he’s had George have a look for me. The new ticket was raised on my second Vera, which uses a different e-mail address to my forum address. I’ll change it when the problem is fixed.
