anyone else having issues contacting support? i opened a ticket on the support page over a week ago and have heard nothing. i thought it may be that maybe i dreamed that i didn’t open it, so i opened another one for the same issue yesterday morning. i didn’t even get the confirmation email that it was received by support. wonder if the form is pointing to /dev/null?
