Is my device Beam Capable if InfoViewer reports Has a Beam receiver: No

I have a GE 45605 device and I’m trying to get beaming to work due to the distance between outlets (brick wall). Apparently I can’t get two devices to see the other when they’re about 25’ apart (with a brick wall in between). Is this a beaming device, or do I have a older version of 45605?

I checked out InfoViewer and the device reports:

Capabilities: 211,156,0,4,16,1,L,R,B,RS,|37,39,112,114,115,117,119,134,

Listens : yes
Routes : yes
Has a Beam receiver : no
Can transmit a Beam : yes
Routing slave : yes
Security device : no
