I can’t connect to my vera remotely via findvera.com (ra1.findvera.com) … I can log on fine but then when I click on Control I get the following error in red :
“Communication error with your Vera.”
Anyone seeing the same thing?

FindVera is assigning me to the ra2.findvera.com subdomain instead of ra1, and I’m able to access and use the control panel just fine.
Not sure if this was specific to ra1 server but findvera.com access was restored around 7pm CST yesterday … everything is back up and working now. Thanks MCV!
scratch my last comment … findvera.com access is again not working for me (at 3:25 CST).
As mentioned previously, I can log on to the findvera.com website but when I click on control, I get the following error message :

and now it is back up … ??? hopefully for a bit longer than last time …
I had notification that both of my units were down at 3:00am this morning. Both on ra1.
My Vera’s been down for at least two days. I get a Communication error while retrieving database error.
This means that none of my devices are working either.
Help?
OK…I bit the bullet and pressed the reset on my Vera.
Of course I had to install all of my devices again and reprogram
all scenes but it is now working.
I have been receiving this same error from https://ra2.findvera.com/control.php when I select the “Control” option.
I have completely reset Vera (mine is Vera2) and re-entered all devices and scenes and am still receiving the same error.
Any suggestions?
