I just got a Vera Lite and set up 2 Schlage touchscreen deadbolts with Z-wave.
I was able to get them connected to the Vera Lite, and control them through the home.getvera.com site. However, when I went to set up an iOS app to access control remotely I ran into some troubles. I downloaded the MMS Vera app (seems to be the official Vera app) and when I log in it can’t seem to see the 2 locks that I know are connected to my Vera Lite. It actually doesn’t even see the Vera Lite, nothing is associated to my account in the app.
Is there something more that I need to set up? Is there a better iOS app than the official MSS Vera app? (hopefully something free as well).

My case worse than you. I download the MMS Vera and try to login, although I use the same username and password, I can’t login (but on the web page I can login)… I tried a lot of times already, but everytime it show Login failed message. Can someone give me a tips?

I’m having same issue - login to vera website no problem, but can’t login to app.
Try an all lower case username in the APP.
You still need the correct case for the password.
I have been having the same issue with conecting my iPhone. i had iVera app installed and told to use mms vera and it is very slow and fails to connect alot of the time when not on home network. Also my home network speed has gone from 50-55mbps download to 5-10mbps please help
Problem solved! Thanks a lot! Yes, indeed, try typing all lower case in username. One thing worth mentioning is that For Getvera using MMS Vera. For Mios is Vera Mobile. It is different 2 apps
