iOS app problems

Hi,

I have just bought a VeraPlus, but I’m having problems accessing the unit through the Vera iOS app. The web interface works.
The app loads the dashboard, but then says “Updating Status”.
After that it gives me a screen called “Select Location” and lists my controller with the correct serial number and MAC, but when i click the green “Connect”-button i get an error message:

There was a problem with the connection to the controller. Please check the internet connection and cables or the permission you have on the controller.

Anyone know how to fix this?

There could be an issue with opening a port on your router, a connection issue…

The best thing to do in these instances is to first check status.getvera.com to make sure we are not having an issue on our end and if we aren’t and the problem persists is to contact Customer Care so they can get you sorted as soon as possible. support@getvera.com and CC me.
