I live in india and have a Vera Lite with few fibaro home plugs all operating in the india standard 865.22 mhz . What if i buy z-wave products from US operating in a diff frequency band. will it work with my setup .

Unfortunately not. Your Vera will only talk on its own frequency. You’d need a second Vera on US frequencies to use devices from that country (which is most likely illegal)

Intveltr, do you know if is possible add a fibaro homecenter 2 to a vera like secondary controller?

It’s possible; several folks on this forum have a second Vera added as a secondary controller, and they are able to control the devices associated to it as well. No idea how and what the limitations are, though.
