I’ve recently encountered a strange issue. All of my Insteon devices (3 light switches, 1 plug-in model) are failing when polled for status. This used to work just perfectly but it’s not anymore. The (very) strange thing is that control is still working just fine; I’m able to turn on/off as well as dim perfectly. It’s just that my Vera3 can’t tell the state of any of these devices.
I’ve tried just about everything to fix this. I’ve unplugged the PLM. I’ve reset Insteon via the UI. The only thing I’ve not done is a complete reset of my system. Before I do that I figured that I would check to see if anyone had any suggestions as to how to troubleshoot/fix this.
