Yes, on your browser go to Add Devices > Add INSTEON or X10 devices, like light switches, thermostats, sensors, etc..
Click the Add button and follow the steps.

Please do a search, and check out the features as referenced by @Brientim, and have a look at the Insteon board, as @garrettwp suggested?
