I recently purchased the SmartHome Insteon 2413U and whenever I go to add it to my Vera3 I keep getting “Received an empty response”. The USB light is lit up on the Vera3 so I’m not sure what is going on.
Did you get a reply to your message? My 2413U was working until recently, now I get “No Insteon” and I can’t seem to get it turned on or added back in.
It took almost 3 days, but the tech guy got it connected. Still hasn’t explained to me as to how he did it.
Also, I’ve still been unable to successfully connect an Insteon device to the Vera.

This pertains to the new VeraEdge I received last Friday. When trying to install the Insteon PLM, I get this in the logs:

Does anyone know how to get around this and get USB support without waiting for technical support to call back?
