Incorrect Date, locked out of selections

My new Vera 3 1.5.254, is running a day ahead of schedule…today is Monday, and on the UI5 it currently states it’s Tuesday, I’ve tried to update it under “location” but nothing happens after I save and refresh.

also, while I’m trying to create a schedule for my porch lights to come on daily, the UI5 doesn’t allow me to select “day of the week based”.

I also cannot place any of my devices to rooms.

right now I pretty much have a $300 remote on/off switch! frustrated.

Just out of curiosity, is your unit able to have access to the Internet? Also when adding a device to a room, are you saving the changed by hitting the red save button?

Could be related! Suggest trying a new time zone temporarily perhaps?

It’s connected to the Internet, I can adjust the time with no problems. As for the date, I click on the date I want to change it to (today’s date) and it doesn’t change.

Is there a thread I can read about how to set devices to rooms? Thanks in advance!!

Hey Rabista, I’m new here but just figured this one out after reading a different thread.

I too couldn’t figure out how to assign devices to rooms and I was using Internet Explorer as my web browser. For each device under settings I could see the room pull down menu but when I clicked on the room to assign the device nothing would happen, the device would just stay in “no room”

When I used Google Chrome as my web browser everything worked like it should. Device, settings, choose room from pulldown, click on correct room, close settings box and hit save. You do have to have your rooms set up in advance so the show up in the pull down menu.

@ Jeffray: I did end up downloading Chrome and had the same success! Thanks for your input!
