I want to install in my house in wall dimmers switch and in wall outlets. i need that both of the products will be suitable with vera edge.
In addition i need that the dimmer switch will be with dimming option.
My first question is do i need a special bulb for the dimming option or a regular bulb will be enough?
second question is there any in wall outlet with dimming option? because i want to connect a regular lamp to the wall outlet.
A regular incandescent bulb is dimmable. If you are using CFL or LED bulbs, then they must be of the dimmable type. There are CFLs and LEDs that are NOT dimmable.
second question is there any in wall outlet with dimming option? because i want to connect a regular lamp to the wall outlet.

They just plug in to the existing receptacle.
I recommend against creating dimmable receptacles. They are dangerous, as described below.
So what do you guys think about those options for in wall dimmers and outlets:

This is not a dimmer. It is a remote switch(one button scene controller) for use in 3-way applications(2 switches one light). This is a switchable receptacle. It is not dimmable. Though some people do setup dimmable in wall receptacles by using a dimmer switch or an in wall Aeon Labs Aeotec Z-Wave Micro Smart Energy Dimmer to control a standard receptacle, I strongly recommend against this type of installation. It is dangerous! Dimmers cannot handle the necessary load if something like a vacuum cleaner was plugged into the receptacle and you could cause a fire. Also, plugging electronics into a dimmed receptacle could have a bad effect on the electronics. The plugin dimmers I linked to are less susceptible to accidental misuse.
