Cool news for us IOS only users

Well Homewave vs. Imperihome ahhhh

Registered! Yeah, have been running this on a VM testing debating whether to get a Android HDMI stick.!

Same here but run it in Chrome on my windows laptop with the ARC plugin.
The looks of ImperiHome and its ability to cusomize in conjunction with IP cameras is what I’m looking for. So I also registered for the BETA.

Currently use VeraMate, but it just doesnt look that nice as Imperihome.
Also bought Homewave and SQRemote but both take to much time to get it workable (thats my opinion  )

Cheers

Fully agree on the Imperihome UX. I want the kitchen TV to show weather, some z-wave devices / scenes, maybe new, but most importantly the front door camera. Huge SAF here for me. However if I can do this with an existing iPad…

The Imperihomes screens scream awesome, bettered only by Indigo, however I’m not keen to go that far!

Now I didn’t know jack about the ARC plug-on so thanks, looks a lot less resourcing intensive than VMs!

Very interesting. I especially like the ImperiHome UI for a wall mounted tablet. Nice to see it come to iOS.

Exactly why I was interested aswel. Especially the IP Cam addition is great. You dont need to intergrate the cams in Vera to use them in the app. That was what I was looking for.
I think if it is released I will going to run it on wall mounted Ipads.

As a long time iPad & Automator user, I’m on the beta also albeit on my iPhone as it’s always with me. For my purposes (Sonos, Vera, Netatmo, Hue, authenticated RTSP & standard webcams - not all are working) it’s pretty slick. I actually think the Android version might be better with tasker integration and Google Voice etc.

I didn’t find anyone mentioning it so far…I just found that ImperiHome is available in the App store, just installed it on my Ipad.

Bummer, it requires 7.1 or higher. I like it on my Android, but will have to stick with Homewave on my iPads.

Downloaded, tried to add my Vera on UI5 and it forced closed twice. Maybe because I’m on the road and not local.

Huh, indeed… Beta is still on 0.328, Apstore version is on 1.0. as member of the beta I would have liked to receive some kind of info on this… :-\

Second that. Funny they were super responsive during beta. Guess I don’t need to ask about getting beta on my iPad now. Wanted to give it a bigger screen shake before determining whether an Android tablet was in my future!

I noticed Imperihome IOS version has now been released and includes the dashboards.
Ive not tried it myself.

I really like the dashboard and links to other apps (synology surveillance station, rachis, netatmo & sonos) however trusty old Automator gives me scenes, more sensors and AV controls. Soooo the Imperihome wins for the at a glance, automator when something goes sideways!

What’s the plan for the iOS release? Any new version coming soon?

Beta has ended and its already out.

Indeed v1.2 is in the Apple Appstore (last update 15-09-2015)

UI5 setup works now when it would previously crash.
