I just installed a new VistaCam HD and am trying to learn as much as I can. The camera shows a still photo which quite often is replaced by a film icon. I’ve been searching in all the wrong places I guess but need a VistaCam HD Manual if one exists. Any idea why I keep losing the photo and why the film icon? I’m using a Vera 3 and am just setting the camera up.

If you want to post screen shots of your settings, I am sue that one of us has some advice.
Be careful not to expose your security. It can be in more than one place on these device settings…

I finally got the camera working and could also see everything on my smart phone but when I tried to setup a WiFi Connection somehow I lost my account or something as I can’t now get into the Vera Dashboard using my user name and password.

I was really lost for a while and read everything, tried everything, but I was still locked out of my Vera 3 Dashboard! Whatever happened really messed up my Vera 3 but finally with the help from Dana of the Vera Smarter Home Control she got things straightened out. It took awhile but my system is back and my VistaCam HD Camera is working! Today I’m going to try and set up my Foscam F19821W Camera.
