I received my Vera on Friday and when I got home from work I immediately started including devices. It really couldn’t be easier, in fact the only difficulty I encountered was figuring out how to attach the European power adapter to the included power supply (wish I had received the U.S. version). Also this had me worried for a bit that my Dongle was Euro too, but it was the U.S. frequency.

I had ZERO trouble with setting up my Schlage lock and WD thermostat, and everything seems to be operating quickly (this may change when I get more devices on there). I am “on the fence” when it comes to the Video Help Maiden, but you can easily turn her off. I realize that she is there for the people that need her, and at least she is easier to understand than the Linux Media Center Lady, lol.

There must be a miracle in MCV’s shipping process. My European Vera came with the US plug. :wink:

LOL, I smell a trade in the air…but of course we’d both be without Vera as our power supplies passed each other over the ocean in transit.
