humidity sensor in crawl space

Just had the crawls space sealed up and am looking for a humidity sensor to monitor it.
Ideally it would be:
AC powered (or I could add a DC power supply)
very reliable
reasonably priced

I don’t want to be crawling under the house to fiddle with it.
Any suggestions?

I haven’t heard of anyone using this one yet, but it shouldget you started. This one is battery operated but you would possibly be able to rig an A/C adapter to it if you absolutely need to set it and forget it.

I have 3 of them and though battery powered they have been very reliable, I use them in crawlspace and other frreeze risk areas with one outdoors
