Hue lights - Color in scenes

Hi

I’m new to the Vera platform and I have the VeraPlus with UI7. Very happy with it!

I have the Philips Hue bridge and lights and use the “Philips Hue 2 plugin”. I was wondering if there is a way to control the color and saturation in scenes? Now when I enter a room and the lights turn on the default to the last state of the bulbs :frowning: Or is it possible to run a Vera scene with a scene from the hue bridge to get this working? Tried searching but could not find an answer. Hope someone can help me.

You can use the actions of the philips hue plugin to do that. I always use the lua code in a scene to control my hue color and brightness.

I added 5 scenes in Vera and used the Hue bridge with a bridge scene for each throughout the day on different times. My problem is that the transition is happening in a second. It would be much more natural to have the transition be between scenes about 15 min or something. Is this possible if I add some code? And does someone know what code I need to add? tried searching but found nothing ???

I’m not a code master but I can try to help you if you post some code. You can also try to contact Andrei from MCV. He has developed the Hue plugin for Vera and is active in the topic I linked to in my previous post.
