Hi all, I have 2 question.

  1. Is it possible to link 2 hue bulbs so they turn off, on and change colors together?

  2. I am using ImperiHome and when selecting the hue light I do not get any option to have color control, if I go to the composite and choose the global RGB light widget, it does not see any of my hue lights, it just shows zero devices under every room.

Yes, this is what “groups” are. Any group that you create on the hue bridge will appear in Vera. If you send a command to the group then all bulbs in it receive the same command.

Not all phone apps can create groups. Notably, the official hue app cannot. I use Lightbow.

HI and thanks for the reply, but under device options in the hue bulb it just says N/A - is there somewhere else to setup a group? Under the controller or bridge there is no options to set a group.

Create groups using a hue smartphone app that says it supports groups. Not on the Vera.
