Just replaced the batteries in my garage door sensor (was dead for months) and every time it opens it is turning on our outdoor lights. I’ve been trying to find the scene that is causing this behavior but cannot. I see “Garage Door Open” as a trigger, and I’m wondering how to identify which scene(s) use that trigger.
Perhaps this is simple and I just haven’t found it?
Thanks for any help you can provide.
In your user data you could validate the triggers against a scene: below is the full user data link of course change ip_address to suit

I posted a little utility code here: http://forum.micasaverde.com/index.php/topic,15360.0.html which may help to analyse questions like this.
You can look at all of the Triggers in the Automaton tab. Do not pick a Scene first!
Look for all the triggers attached to your Garage Door Sensor. You can find the device referenced in the Description. Also if you make it happen you can search for the Last Run field.
Logic management is very fragmented in Vera.

That’s true, but whilst it tells you what devices trigger which scenes, it doesn’t tell you what scenes control which devices.

You’re not joking!
