today i received my vera2 pre installed with UI5. after trying the wizard it picked up the device but then failed to access the wizard page so tech support phone line pointed me to 192.168.1.204/cmh which has got me to a config screen of some sort and i can see my device is activated etc but this isnt the normal dashboard.
the options i have across the top are quick start, mymios, zwave device, insteon device, mios developers, advanced
Im pretty sure i should be seeing dashboard, devices, automation etc but i dont.
I can select my gateway from the drop down but this is all i see, many of the tabs seem to do nothing, also on the advanced tab i have a “read terms and conditions” but this just gives me another 404 error.
I have allowed pop-ups just incase its something silly like that but that hasn’t done it!
The options that you are pretty sure you should be seeing are the options that are shown on my Vera3 with UI5.
Does the banner at the top look like a blue sky with clouds in it? Or something else?
The menu you describe doesn’t show up anywhere in UI5 that I can see. So it might be worth double checking that you have UI5.
Also, do you have any devices paired? I am not sure how the screen looks when no devices are paired, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it went in to a minimal setup mode without any devices. (It has been a while since I set mine up and it seems like there was something like this.)
thanks for the response, I manged to get hold of support who helped be out yesterday, turns out that when the supplier did the upgrade to UI5 before shipping it didnt all go to plan.
