How to Programmatically Change the '2-On time' Variable for the HSM100

Greetings all,

 I'd like automatically change the "2-On time" variable (see attached screenshot) at various times of the day, every day for my HSM100 3-in-1 sensor.

 Now, while I know how to do this manually, I haven't been able to find anything that documents how to do this using code.

 Can anyone help out with this?
