How to pair a Z-wave GE receptacle

Are these the correct instructions on how to pair a new GE receptacle z-wave device.

[code]Put the Vera close to the device. It doesn’t need to be plugged into the Ethernet. Use the battery pack to power it.

Putting the Vera into Exclude mode
To put the Vera in exclude mode if you press and hold the Z-wave button for 3 seconds.
The z-wave light will blink very fast meaning that is in exclude mode

Putting the device into Exclude mode
Power the device off and then On to exclude the device.

Putting the Vera into Include mode
Press the Z-wave button on the Vera to put it into include mode.
The z-wave light will change from blinking fast to blink slowly.
That means that it is in include mode.

Putting the device into include mode
Toggle the device switch to put the device in include mode.

To detect the device
When the device is detected the z-wave light will go off for a few seconds.
After the Z-wave light starts blinking, Press the Z-wave button 3 times very fast.
The Z-wave light should be lit solid.

To see if the Vera is communicating to the device
Connect the Ethernet cable to the WAN port on the Vera. It will be blinking very fast.
Wait until the WAN light is on solid. If it doesn’t go solid after 60 seconds.
Remove the power to the Vera and plug it back in. Wait for the Power and WAN light to be green solid.
Connect the web browser to the Vera and test to see if it is communicating to the device.[/code]
