here are my setting in veralite to setup my FI9821W… hope this helps

In the post I sent you to there is a file attached. Download the file and upload to your Vera.

Then change the Impl file to I_Foscam98HD.xml,
Also in URL change admin and pwd to match your foscam login details
save the changes
