From the VERA interface I seem to have device_id’s and not serviceIDs that I need for LUUP code. So far I’ve been lucky enough to find serviceIDs via forum posts but was curious if there is a more reliable way to find a given device’s service code?
- Look in the device’s D_*.xml file.
- Hover the mouse pointer over a variable name in the Advanced Tab.

Note that a device need not have “a” service ID. Often it is one-to-many.
