How to get a collection of schedules to be enable/disabled by a scene

I have a collection of schedules for various lights and radios that cycle them on, then delay for several hours, then cycle off.

I do NOT want the schedules enabled when I am home.

I am trying to figure out how to enable or disable all the schedules at once. I’d use this when I leave the house for several days.

(I do know that Vacation Ghost can do something like this on a random basis within a certain time window, but I have not had much luck in getting it to work the way I want.)

Is there any way to say, link the enable/disable function that now needs to be manually checked on/off, to a scene?

I have searched the forum, but have not found any good answers?perhaps I’m not using the right keywords.

I asked the same question (almost) myself! See

You need to go to apps.mios.com to get the Virtual Switch plugin, and write some small Lua code to test it.

Good luck!

Bob,

Thanks! I’ll check it out.

A new version of Vacation Ghost (0.95) was released. Most of the problems have been fixed.
