I haven’t been able to get my ZRTSI to control my RTS blinds, so I want to completely exclude the device, reset, and start over again. The problem is that the instructions don’t indicate a way to do this - how I do exclude/remove the device completely from my Vera and reset it? They have a process for excluding certain virtual nodes (which is unhelpful, because I don’t know what numbers they are and none work anyway), but I can’t figure out how to remove everything and start over. Thanks!!
