How do you use more than 1 device trigger with and/or type commands

When you create a scene you can have more than 1 device trigger, I am wondering how to enable 2 devices to trigger the scene.

One scenario where both devices need to trigger for the scene to happen
Second scenario where one or the either needs to trigger for the scene

The either condition is the normal behavior when you have multiple triggers for a scene. For the both behavior, see Conditional Scene Execution.
