I have currently only ever used my vera from a direct LAN connection of via a phone app. Where do I go to login remotely over the internet?

tat gateway doesnt recognise my password. Which I know Im entering correctly. When I ask for the password to be sent it just password reset failure.
Any ideas what do now?
OK, so I found CP.MIOS.COM and managed to log in that way.
