How Do I get Vera3 to recognize my Aeon Labs dongle?

I have paired my devices to an Aeon Labs dongle. What do I need to do to get my Vera3 to “read” the dongle? Can the devices on the dongle be “moved” to Vera3 such that the dongle can be removed from the USB port?

You only need to change the port assignment and insert the dongle.
