I can not figure out where one updates our signature (where we put our vera models, releases and zwave devices)
Maybe this was a feature that was removed and old users go stuck with un editable signatures…
I’m a new user and recently joined the forum and I was wondering where to add my signature. I was looking under my profile settings but no avail. Does this feature get turned only if you reach a certain member status or something?
You need a certain # of postings before you can make profile changes. Once that kicks in, the options are enabled in the UI.
Well it must have been turned on before. What’s the magic number of post, can someone (a modirator) turn it on? My signature is way out of date (must have set it up many year ago 2009) and it does not reflect my current number of zwave networks and devices.
From memory, you’re about two posts away from it being released… Per the sticky FAQ post, it was done to control the spammers. Those lads loved using the footer for link spam.
It would be nice to be able to edit my signature also.
In the menu up top (Starts with the orange HOME button) click Profile and then Forum Profile. Scroll down and hey presto. Providing you have enough posts.
