How can I create a VeraAlert for House Mode changes?

Is this possible?

I’d like VeraAlerts to send an alerts on when the house mode changes.

Is this doable?
If so, can someone let me know how as I am stumped

You can use PLEG or the House Modes plugin to detect the change and trigger an Alert.
