I’ve been meaning to ask this since I first joined the Forum:
“Where is the best place for Vera users to report bugs they encounter?”
(Or Feature Requests for that matter)
I tacitly assumed it was here in the Forum, or, for more specific, reproducible issues, the “Verbose Logs” / “Tech Support” route.
But as often as I run across old Forum topics with (seemingly) unanswered questions, I’ve begun to wonder… does MCV use any kind of formal “Problem Ticket” system that a user can post directly into, and receive occasional updates on?
(I know this is how things worked at Moneydance.com, as well as for Firefox development and now program developers like Zynga…)
