HomePro ZTH100 as secondary controller

I am using Vera 3 as my primary controller and added a HomePro ZTH100 Wireless Controller as a secondary. I am able to add units to the ZTH100 group 1 and scene 1 but I can not figure out how to add units to group or scene 2 and higher. Searched the forum, docs, and web with not luck. Anyone know how to do this?
