I have several HomePro ZRW103 (By ADVANCED CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES, INC). They have all been associated with Vera and the On/Off actions via Vera work fine.
My problem is that none of their respective On/Off states are being maintained in Vera. On the Vera Dashoard the buttons both show up in green (no blue). In the UI I also see that polling is failing (pencil with red page icon). The Z-Wave Jobs log is also showing that polling is failing to get a response from those switches.
Is polling with a response of On/Off supported by these switches?
I have noticed that with the ZRM230 and the ZRW230 (european ACT version) as well.
Also the Duewi 064312 z-wave switch shows the same. (can’t be polled)
While the Dimmer of both Duwi and ACT can be polled just fine.
Is that a problem with Vera or the ACT and Duewi Switches ?
I think the issue was with Vera’s released firmware. When I up graded to the Luup beta 1.0.979 the issue went away and all my ACT switches now work as expected.
I think it’s an issue with the ZRW103. They do poll, but they sometimes fail on the first try. Saw the same thing when I used Homeseer. I didn’t stay on the release firmware long enough to know what the result of that was with MCV.
I have just upgraded to luup beta 1.0.979 and now it works just fine.
Both the Duewi and the ACT now poll.
(Also the control light of the second rocker of the ACT switches turn off now if switched off and on remotely)
